1 Hour PLC Planning Meeting
A virtual coaching session with a PLC (i.e., department, grade team, instructional leadership team, or other specialized team) for 1 hour. Best when used a minimum of 2 times. The first session will focus on creating setting 1-2 PLC goals, creating meeting norms, and developing a stable agenda template that includes activities that center on advancing student learning (e.g., analysis of student data, strategy/curriculum shares). The next meeting serves as a check-in to monitor progress towards PLC goals, make process or agenda template adjustments as needed, and prepare for a more structured semester share out.
