That's why I prioritize working with school teams for at least one year.
Continuous learning and feedback from students, peers, and coaches create transformation—not one-off workshops.
My why:
I do this work because I want all kids to feel loved and valued, eliminating any desire to harm others or themselves emotionally or physically.
And, I desire to help kids (and adults!) develop the capacity to talk and listen with care.
If we can do this, we will empower kids — who are brilliant and creative — to re-envision better ways of living together. They have the power to transform our society through their creative solutions… we just need to unlock that power.
