- Professional Development Workshops: A combination of at least two in-person or virtual workshops for teachers and teams, centered around themes such as amplifying student-led discourse or designing a new unit.
- Teacher Coaching: Individual and group coaching for teachers, either asynchronously or live.
- Leadership Support: Site visits, policy review, resource-building, and other services to build instructional coaching capacity.

1. What kind of topics do you address? We design implementation coaching packages around any area your team wants to dig into. Some sample themes include: cultivate belonging through circles; amplify student-led discourse; design a new unit; develop a culture of feedback and revision. 2. How much do your professional development packages cost?
Packages are designed to consistently support a minimum of five teachers through the school year. The lowest-cost option is $12,500 and includes a course ($100 X 5 licenses) + Eduboost coaching ($2,000 per teacher X 5) + coaching for one leader ($2,000) = $12,500. Prices increase as you add services like in-person workshops, a custom resource library, site visits, and more teachers and leaders to support. We’ll customize according to your needs and budget! 3. What is your approach to professional development?
I believe in long-term partnership to create real, meaningful change. And that’s not just because I’ve seen it work, but because the research backs this up! Joyce & Showers (2022) research in implementation science shows that, on average, teachers need about 20 practice instances to master a new teaching skill. Further, they recommend 20-30 hours of studying theory and observing at least 15-20 demonstrations. Their research also shows that teachers rarely transfer newly-learned skills to the classroom unless training is accompanied by coaching; the percentage of teachers who accurately use new skills jumps from 5% to 75-90% when peer coaching is included.
All of this is only possible through long-term coaching, which is why I want to work with teams, schools, and districts for at least one year. I also have options for multi-year support if that fits your goals.
4. We don’t have the time or resources for long-term professional development or coaching. Do you offer one-off workshops still?
I am willing to offer a one-time workshop if that best meets your needs. However, for maximum transformation at the same price of a full-day workshop, you could provide six teachers with a $250 self-paced course (to complete during the PD day), followed by three group implementation coaching sessions in the following 3-6 months to address needs that arise as they implement the framework and strategies in their classrooms.
